Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
To cancel or modify your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email or manage your subscription through your account.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock or available.
We may:

Charge no payment at checkout, or

Collect a partial deposit and store your payment method
The remaining balance (or full amount) will be charged when the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Try Before You Buy
For try before you buy items, we authorize your payment method before shipping the product.
You will have a set period to decide if you want to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that timeframe, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
